The winery, fruit of the work of architect Paco Varela and his team, is located at the top of the estate. Its design combines the traditional architecture with a contemporary vision, and integrates perfectly in the landscape of the Axarquía. The building has the most current wine technology that mixes with the ancient techniques of natural winemaking. The use of long aging in new French oak barrels is one of the fundamental phases in the production of our wines, which both amateurs and professionals can taste in the tasting room.
The wonderful views to the south show between vineyards the Mediterranean Sea, just a few kilometers.
